  • 5 Day program designed for gyms such as Planet Fitness that have Dumbbells, Machines, Cable Stacks, and Smith Machines

  • Does not include any traditional barbell work

Dumbbell + Bands

  • 5 Day program designed for home gyms or limited apartments

  • Will require Dumbbells, Super and Mini Bands, and an Adjustable Bench
